The Head Coach of Wake Up Wealthy is making a lasting impact on the lives of numerous people and intends to continue doing so in the years to come. Motivated by the loss of his mother when she succumbed to breast cancer seven years ago, Julian Rosen experienced a painful wake-up call that would forever change the course of his life.
Question: Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Julian Rosen: Losing her made me realize that life was too damn short to stay comfortable. She taught me that fear is just an illusion and that purpose was the true path to happiness. So once I overcame the clinical depression and anxiety that followed the death of my mom, I began on a journey to live the most fulfilling life possible. I found that this journey actually led me away from the conventional forms of success that I was taught to pursue while growing up. I focused on helping people instead of money. I focused on what my heart told me to do instead of the fear in my mind. I focused on doing more of what I loved and less of what I felt I ‘should’ do.
Following this path of life leads me to a massive personal transformation and constant fulfillment. And the less I chased success, the more I found it.
Question: Where did you get the drive to continue even though things were so hard?
Julian Rosen: The ability to evolve my relationship with fear was the single most important asset in continuing my drive to succeed. It doesn’t matter who you are, or what level of the success ladder you have made it to, we are all human. We all experience fear and doubt. We all question whether we can succeed. We all wonder what would happen if we fail, or fall flat. These thoughts and feelings are unavoidable, so learning how to become stronger than these temporary thoughts was the game changer for me.
Question: So, how are things going today? How did grit and resilience lead to your eventual success?
Julian Rosen: It’s funny to think that a few years ago, I was clinically depressed, working 14 hours a day as a personal trainer, while living in my friend’s basement. Today, I am living the exact life I want, down to the coolest detail. I am married to the love of my life. Every morning I wake up and swim, meditate and paddle board on the water.
Question: What do you think makes your company stand out?
Julian Rosen: Most business coaching programs only focus on the tactics and strategies to help grow the business, and this is an important part of the puzzle. But what we do masterfully well at Wake Up Wealthy is first, we address the human who runs the business. We all understand that a business is an extension of the person who shows up to lead it. So using our scientifically engineered and tested performance systems, we first optimize the mindset, body, and spiritual connection of the person so that they can show up every single day with clarity, focus, and true confidence.
Question: How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Julian Rosen: Every single day, I wake men up to their purpose, which allows them to follow their own path to success. So many men feel the need to stressfully compete in order to get ahead. But after men work with me, they stop putting so much pressure on themselves and actually enjoy a more mellow path to success and abundance.Follow Julian Rosen on his Facebook and Instagram accounts to know more about his projects and latest ventures.
