Dani Stephenson Awarded the Platinum Champions Honor by Duchess Of Cornwall, for His Highly Celebrated Voluntary Efforts

In honor of Her Majesty The Queen and the great example she has set in her 70 years of service, Royal Voluntary Service, headed by the Duchess of Cornwall, has unveiled the Platinum Champions Award, giving people the opportunity to celebrate the remarkable contributions of all volunteers who are the backbone of the United Kingdom. Among these esteemed volunteers is entrepreneur and philanthropist Dani Stephenson. 

The highly coveted award had thousands of contenders aged between 16 and 101, each hailing from across the United Kingdom. Four hundred ninety of these esteemed nominees were handpicked on the 4th of June 2022 by a judging panel that included Ade Adepitan MBE, Gyles Brandreth, Elaine Page OBE, Felicity Kendal CBE, Julie Siddiqi MBE, and Myleene Klass.

All the honorary individuals were awarded a uniquely designed Platinum Champion Jubilee pin and a signed certificate from Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen for the Platinum Jubilee. 

Dani Stephenson received the coveted Platinum Champions Award for his volunteer work that has spanned over 21 years of his career. Hailing from Maidstone, Kent, the 38-year-old philanthropist began his volunteering journey at the age of 16. He dedicated much of his time and effort to improving the quality of life for underprivileged residents at the Tovil Quality of Life community house.

As he continued down the path toward volunteerism, Dani Stephenson became a part of several charitable organizations such as UNICEF, LEWA, Street Child, and The Royal Versailles Ball at the Palace of Versailles. Furthermore, the renowned philanthropist also became a mentor for the Prince’s Trust Foundation, cementing his position as one of the most positive members of the community.

Upon building a foundation for his volunteer work, Dani Stephenson eventually established his own charity, Straight Forward Giving, specifically created to empower underprivileged youth hailing from deprived areas. Straight Forward Giving provides access to education and mentorship for the youth, utilizing the power of music, film, and art to elicit social mobility. 

Dani Stephenson has always been an inspirational individual who has dedicated his life to becoming a force of good in his community. Motivated by his passion for helping underprivileged individuals in the United Kingdom, he has continued to carve his own path as a philanthropist giving his much-needed assistance to a vast community of beneficiaries.

Due to his hard work, passion, grit, and determination, Dani Stephenson was deservedly recognized by the Royal Voluntary Service. Time and time again, he has proven himself to be a charitable member of his community, devoting much of his life’s work to his advocacies. During the pandemic, Stephenson poured in a lot of effort in order to keep his mission alive by working closely with other charitable organizations. In addition, he continued to provide mentorship amidst the global crisis by keeping his London Kings Cross creative studios available to the public. On the 8th of February, 2022, Stephenson was invited to 10 Downing Street as one of the recipients of the prestigious Points of Light honor by the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

The Points of Light honor acknowledges Dani Stephenson’s continued contributions to the creative community, championing the voices of young aspiring artists from underprivileged backgrounds. Through his remarkable efforts and passion for helping others, Dani Stephenson has carved out an inspirational legacy for the people of the United Kingdom. As he makes waves in his community, others are sure to follow suit creating a positive ripple effect that transcends global boundaries.
