Having surpassed countless hurdles in her journey as a musician, rising star Taylor Anne Swartz is gaining acclaim not only for her artistry but also for her dedication to empowering, inspiring, and motivating people to live their best lives. Wielding the power of music as a beacon of hope and instrument of influence, she tells stories of love, heartbreak, mental health struggles, hope, healing, and faith through her songs.
Ever since Taylor Anne was a kid, music has been an integral part of her life. Often seen playing on her grandfather and father’s drum sets, her affinity to rhythms and beats came naturally. So, it was no surprise that life would lead her to the forefront of the music industry.
This Chicago native began piano lessons in third grade, then switched to drums in fifth grade. Upon entering high school, she took pride in securing a prized spot on the snare drum and serving as one of the two females in the drumline. Her competencies later on extended toward handling the guitar, and playing all of these instruments fueled her passion for music even more.
Making a name for herself within the highly competitive music industry was not a walk in the park. But determined, Taylor Anne dabbled in posting performance videos on YouTube, performing on the streets of Chicago, and securing several gigs at locals bars and restaurants.
This now LA-based artist, whose repertoire of genres is expansive, has managed to stand out among a plethora of other artists in the saturated music scene because of her ability to connect with listeners. The risks she has taken in pursuing a music career, along with the joys and struggles of her life, lie behind the messages at the core of her songs, and this makes her very effective in letting others know that they are not alone in what they are going through.

Additionally, Taylor Anne’s discography has become a channel for this multi-talented artist to address various issues and touch different life aspects, from spirituality and mental health to environmentalism.
Currently, Taylor Anne is in the middle of finishing her first album, going all-out in introducing her brand and artistry to listeners worldwide. She established that she’s a force to be reckoned with during her most recent performance as the opening act for singer-actor Drake Bell at Whisky A Go-Go, which was held before the outbreak of COVID-19.
Driven by her passion for music, Taylor Anne aims to become a staple figure in the music scene in the coming years. At the same time, she hopes to become a walking reminder that inherent in every person is the capacity to triumph over obstacles. For someone who has had a pacemaker keeping her alive since the age of ten, she is intimately aware of how difficult life could get, but through her songs, she wishes to inspire action and motivate people to give every endeavor their best shot.
