Italian Graffiti By Chef Marc Marrone Announces their Arrival in Salt Lake City, Utah

Nice Hospitality is pleased to announce the arrival of Italian Graffiti, the group’s first full-scale restaurant in the summer of 2022. Marc Marrone, Chef Partner of Nice Hospitality, will oversee all menu and concept development in anticipation for the area’s first modern osteria.

About Italian Graffiti

Italian Graffiti is a contemporary interpretation of classic Italian fare and hand-crafted family recipes. The menu will offer a fresh, vibrant take on Italian cuisine while tapping into classic techniques, flavors, and recipes from old world Italian dishes. Building upon nearly 20 years of experience earned at world-class restaurants across the country, Chef Marc Marrone brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Nice Hospitality’s newest venture. Inspired by his own New York, Italian-influenced upbringing, Chef Marc plans to transform those memories into a full-scale culinary experience.

“Growing up in New York, I was immersed in Italian food and culture,” said Chef Marrone. “My grandparents immigrated from Italy and our most cherished family traditions are centered around sharing homemade meals together. I want people to feel that way when they eat here with our approach to gracious hospitality that will comfort families.”

Guests can expect to be immersed into an elevated dining experience focused on highlighting the incredible produce and farms Utah has to offer. Chef Marc and the team will be sourcing and milling local wheat for the extensive bakery and hand crafted pasta program. Italian Graffiti will feature an expansive wine program, an open exhibition kitchen to see the daily house made pasta and breads in action, daily seafood offerings, and a dry aged meat program. The floral inspired decor includes one of a kind art pieces and installations throughout the restaurant’s dining room, bar, and lounge areas which will surely compliment the bold Italian flavors found throughout each course.

Located in Salt Lake’s popular Gateway district, Italian Graffiti is destined to be an exciting addition to an already booming area mere blocks from Vivint Arena and downtown Salt Lake City.
