Liam Sustiel’s Inspiring Entrepreneurial Journey From Automotive Enthusiast to CEO of the Largest Exotic Car Rental Club in the Nation

For many of those struggling to reach the American Dream, the idea of success can sometimes feel beyond one’s reach. The world has ways of making people feel inconsequential and insignificant, especially those not born with a golden spoon in their mouth. Liram Sustiel, more commonly known as Lee, knows this reality all too well. Born in Israel and raised with humble beginnings, Lee had to fight tooth and nail to be who he is today – the owner and CEO of the nation’s largest luxury and exotic vehicle rental club. But how exactly did someone with such a simple background make it this far? And, more importantly, how can others achieve the same level of success?

Lee’s entrepreneurial journey started at the early age of ten. Like other boys his age who had coveted the popular Michael Jordan-inspired sneaks, Lee had his eyes on a pair of legendary Flu Game 12s. Realizing his family couldn’t justify the cost of $150 for shoes, the ten-year-old took matters into his own hands and started a candy business. Diligently selling treats to his friends and 5th-grade classmates, it was only a matter of time before he was able to flip enough candies to reach his ultimate goal and claim his first-ever pair of Jordans. This was the beginning of Lee’s winning streak.

Pushed by his desire for success, as Lee grew older, he graduated from selling candy and learned how to burn CDs and DJ at parties. Each job he worked had lit a fire inside him, as he was driven by the challenge and rewards of reaching his goals. It was through a string of side hustles and unstoppable determination that enabled Lee to stumble into the perfect business and industry for him. Through his finesse and accumulated experience, he was able to build the foundations of the empire that he has today.

Though born in Israel, Lee grew up in the magic city of Miami. This made him an expert in all things high-end and exclusive. Because of this, establishing and launching his luxury car rental service, mph club, was like a walk in the park. But growing it was an entirely different story.

What started in 2012 with only a handful of cars had expanded into a fully-fledged white glove service less than a decade later. Now with 80 cars, its largest number yet, mph club is rearing to reach its hundredth luxury car acquisition by the end of 2022. Its luxurious collection features big-name brands such as the Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls Royce, and Bentley, just to name a few. In addition, its brands have worked with even bigger names, with the likes of Floyd Mayweather, Jake Paul, Grant Cardone, and Dan Bilzerian having mph club as their first option for quality car rental services. With all these accomplishments having been enumerated, it would be an understatement to say that Lee has gone a long way.

What started as a seemingly unattainable goal is now Lee’s everyday reality. And while it was a long and grueling journey, what kept him going was a burning passion and ambition. In the words of Lee himself, “It took courage and commitment to grow a business like mph club.” With these two secret ingredients in any arsenal, no dream is as out of reach as anyone thinks it is.
