In an unprecedented move that marries luxury living with the spirit of adventure, BR Soho is set to revolutionize the lifestyle of Alphaville, São Paulo’s most opulent neighborhood, with the introduction of Brazil’s first-ever surfable wave beach. Dubbed the “Reserva Beach Club,” this ambitious project aims to bring the surf to the city, allowing residents to catch waves right on their doorstep despite being miles away from the coast.

With a jaw-dropping investment of approximately 1 billion Brazilian Reals (about $200 million USD), the Reserva Beach Club is not just any addition to the real estate market; it’s a beacon of luxury, innovation, and exclusivity. The area, known for its affluent residents, including celebrities like Patrícia Abravanel, Celso Portiolli, and Fábio Júnior, is poised for even further appreciation thanks to this mega project slated for completion by 2026.

A Slice of Exclusive Paradise

The project plans to release 3,500 memberships starting at 500,000 Brazilian Reals each, offering an unparalleled luxury experience. A special VIP area, the “Club of 300,” will cater to 300 elite members, providing an even more exclusive slice of paradise within the sprawling complex.

Spanning a 200,000 square meter site, Reserva Beach Club will boast a 25,000 square meter artificial beach, equipped to simulate perfect surfing conditions. The waves, designed to reach up to two meters with a duration of 18 seconds, are set to please even the most discerning surf enthusiasts. This engineered marvel promises to deliver two simultaneous waves on either side of the equipment, ensuring a thrilling experience for all.

More Than Just Surfing

Beyond the waves, the Reserva Beach Club is a haven of premium leisure and wellness facilities. Members can look forward to surfing lessons, multi-sport courts, a skate park, ski simulators, both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, pilates and yoga studios, physiotherapy centers, massage rooms, a full-service spa including a hot tub, ofuro baths, and sauna, state-of-the-art gyms, coworking spaces, and gourmet restaurants. This comprehensive array of amenities underscores the project’s commitment to providing a holistic luxury lifestyle.

A Billion-Dollar Vision

Spearheaded by BR Soho Enterprises S/A, a leading name in real estate investment and development based in Santana de Parnaíba, the project’s vision is led by Chief Visionary Officer André Fernandes. High-profile partnerships and endorsements from TV personality Ratinho and brand and patent sector businessman Márcio Meneghetti, alongside ambassadors Alfredo Soares, Tallis Gomes, Bruno Nardon, and Tony Celestin of G4 Education, highlight the widespread confidence in the project’s success and innovative appeal.

Looking to the Future

As the Reserva Beach Club takes shape, BR Soho’s CEO Maurício Gariglia has announced plans for a residential phase featuring apartments ranging from 120 to 550 square meters. This expansion signifies not only a remarkable investment opportunity but also a unique chance to be part of a pioneering community that blends the thrill of surfing with the convenience of city living.

As the project progresses, São Paulo’s Alphaville is on the brink of becoming a global landmark for luxury and innovation, offering a lifestyle unmatched anywhere else in the world. The Reserva Beach Club is more than just a real estate development; it’s a vision of the future, where the excitement of surfing meets the sophistication of urban living.
