Rian is credited with a laundry list of accolades and accomplishments throughout his career as a CEO and Principal Broker. Rian isn’t just another high level executive that worked his way up the private sector ladder. How did you get started in Real Estate and founding The Brokerage House Realtors?
I started my real estate career as a developer then got into brokering, around the same time as the financial meltdown in 2008 I began selling properties when banks stopped lending money. This was the turning point for me in my career when I began getting into brokering real estate, and starting to see how there was a future in it for myself.
How do you seperate yourself from other Brokers and Principle Operators?
I make sure that our clients’ needs are being met. If you agree to me listing or selling your home I will ensure to represent you in the same fashion as anyone else. That being said my clientele range from first home buyers all the way to high end executives. Sticking to my values and ethics as a broker has allowed me to be able to gain trust within my clients and continue to grow my real estate career.
How do you consistently win in your career?
That is a great question, I am a firm believer in two things. One is that the habits and actions you take are a product of who you become and what you accomplish. Two would be that in order to continuously be successful you have to take full ownership and accountability of everyone around you. When you take responsibility for your surroundings you force yourself to adapt and improve. Besides that I also continue to show up like it is my first day on the job, no one will outwork me. I have an internal hunger to succeed that is a lot deeper than making money.
