Ali Choudhri’s Jetall Companies announces successful leasing of entire floor to new stealth tenant in IM Pei designed 2425 W Loop South building

2425 W. Loop South, a property owned by Houston Real Estate entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, announces entire floor leased by un-named real-estate investors.

September 30, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate investment firm, Jetall Companies, is proud to announce it has signed a new lease agreement with a yet un-named Houston-based real estate investment and management firm. One entire floor of beautifully designed space at 2425 West Loop South in Houston, TX, will be occupied by this well-known residential and commercial development firm in the new multi-year lease. The 2425 property features 239,641 square feet of pristine office space, building amenities such as internet-ready suites, retina scanning elevator access, soaring window view lobby, gym access, conference rooms and access in walking distance from Galleria and Uptown Park.
