Mohsin Nawaz is a Pakistani F-class shooter, trainer, and coach, who has achieved several milestones in long-range shooting. He has represented Pakistan at the international level as a shooter and earned numerous national and international medals, including a gold medal at the Bisley Long Range Shooting Competition and the National Rifle Association (NRA) classification in the United States. Mohsin Nawaz is a Pakistani F-class shooter, trainer, and coach, who has achieved several milestones in long-range shooting. He began his shooting career at the Pakistan Audience Factory shooting club in Wah Cantt, where he started with trap and skeet shooting, winning multiple club matches at the Gun Club Islamabad. Later, he moved to pistol shooting and won several F—class competitions.
Mohsin’s journey continued as he participated in different shooting disciplines and won several medals, including a bronze medal individually in 300M and a team medal in 300M at the Pakistan Army Rifle Association (PARA). However, it was his win at the PARA that motivated him to take F-class long-range shooting seriously.
In 2016, Mohsin went to the US and hired a coach to receive training from a world champion in F-class long-range shooting. After returning to Pakistan, he participated in several National matches and became a 25-time National champion. In 2018, he won a gold medal in NRA US Nationals, and in 2021, he won a bronze medal in the South Africa open championships.
Mohsin made history in 2022 when he won five medals in the 68th Western Bisley championship, becoming the first Pakistani to bring home so many medals in the long-range F-class shooting discipline.
Apart from being an accomplished F-class shooter, Mohsin also has a background in education. He completed his FSC and DAE diploma from Wah Engineering College and an Advanced Handloading precision match grade certification from LBI Precision. He also has a clinical psychology and sports nutrition certification from the Dallas Health Institute in 2016.
Mohsin is actively involved in the family business, CHENAB Engineering Works & Foundries (PVT.) LTD. He serves in a leadership position and contributes to the growth and success of the company.
