Coach Anthony Teaches Boxing Skills Online to Allow Everyone to Learn at Home

American Boxing trainer Freddy Anthony Rodriguez, better known as Coach Anthony, knows that the best players are not only strong. Coach Anthony has trained with many renowned personalities, most of whom are title holders. Tevin “The American Idol” farmer, “Fast” Eddie Chambers, Bryant Jennings, Jason “El Canito” Sosa, “Hammerin” Hank Lundy, Raymond “Savage” Ford, Josue Vargas, Stephen Fulton Jr., “Cool Boy Steph,” and Eric “The Outlaw” Hunter, to name a few. He has also worked alongside MMA fighters Muhammed Lawal “King Mo,” Valérie “Trouble” Létourneau, Thiago “Pitbull” Alves, Andre Petroski, Bob “The Beast” Sapp, Tyrone “King of the Ring” Spong, Anton Berson, and more.

Furthermore, Coach Anthony has trained with former World Champion and Uncle of Floyd Mayeather Jr., Jeff Mayweather, often dubbed as “The Best Fighter of Our Era.” He has also trained Gillie da King, a celebrity, rapper, and internet personality.

He recently worked the corner for Raymond Ford for his fight against Richard Medina on June 25th in San Antonio, TX on DAZN, winning the IBF North American featherweight title. Former World Champion and commentator Sergio Mora continuously praised Coach Anthony for the instructions he gave in the corner that night.

“I have over two decades of experience and have trained some of the best fighters in the support, and I am sharing that information online so the everyday person can learn the skills of boxing at home,” shared Coach Anthony. 

His love for boxing grew in Queens, New York, Coach Anthony eventually poured his passion into opening his own facility in the Greater Philadelphia area. In his new business, the coach was able to help both men and women get in shape or train to become a fighter themself. His gym soon gained the confidence of many young dreamers and even got featured on MTV’s reality show MADE. The episode featured Derek Frazier on his journey to becoming a professional fighter and is the son of one of the greatest Boxing legends of his time, Joe Frazier.
