Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge technology are not merely a part of the business world; they are driving forces, shaping a future that is both exhilarating and daunting.

The dynamics of AI and technology has ushered in an age where efficiency is not just valued but expected, and is creating new standards for how businesses interact with their customers and how products are brought to market. This shifting landscape is compelling companies to adapt or risk being left behind. And we’re not outliers here.” This sentiment echoes across industries as nearly half of CMOs in North America gear up to integrate AI into their strategies over the next year.

Susan Bortone, Founder of Noble Talent Group, (Recruitment Firm focused on Creative, Digital, Marketing and Production) notes ”Over the years we have seen the evolution of the digital space and a focus not just on creating campaigns to build a brand presence, but rather to engage and interact with their audiences, creating online experiences.”

Bortone, observes an increasing demand for roles like Strategists, Creative Directors and Copy Editors—as the essence of creativity and strategic thinking remains irreplaceably human.
