The process starts with shared visioning, developing a mission, and shared values and beliefs,” explained Dr. Moseley.

The TAM Creating Ambassadors of Peace LLC has a workshop for school administrators and corporate organizations that combine the tenets of Bernard Bass’s Transformational Leadership Theory and Megan Tschannen-Moran’s Trust Matters. This seamless blend allows for individuals to foster a positive culture within an organization and increase the productivity of everyone involved.

“When individuals are valued and successful in their field of work, they have inner peace. When individuals have inner peace, it transfers to the community and home. I believe this is the key to world peace,” shared Dr. Theresa A. Moseley.
