He has participated in a great number of internationally renowned bodybuilding competitions, competing alongside the world’s leading bodybuilders, such as Adrian Pietrariu. He has won widespread acclaim for his extraordinary strength and outstanding performances.
In the international arena, Xiaojun Cao’s performance is particularly eye-catching. In November 2022, Xiaojun Cao won second place in the Master 40+ category at the Natural Olympia 2022 competition held in Las Vegas, USA. This annual event, jointly organized by the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) and the Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA), is renowned for its stringent drug testing and fair competition environment. This event brought together leading bodybuilders from around the world, making the competition exceptionally intense. In the same year, Xiaojun Cao also competed in the Pan Pacific 2022 competition organized by the World Fitness Federation New Zealand (WFF New Zealand), where he won second place in the Open BodyBuilding category. As an internationally renowned bodybuilding organization, WFF’s events are highly authoritative and influential. Therefore, Xiaojun Cao’s success in this high-level competition demonstrates his deep expertise in bodybuilding.

At the North West Champs 2021, he won second place in both the Open BodyBuilding category and the Master 40+ category. In October of the same year, at the Natural Nationals Championship 2021, organized by the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation New Zealand (IFBB New Zealand), Xiaojun Cao won first place in the Classic Physique category, second place in the Open BodyBuilding category, and third place in the Master 40+ category.
Xiaojun Cao’s achievements have exerted a tremendous influence on the international bodybuilding scene, making him a global pride in the bodybuilding field. In June 2021, at the Horleys National Championship 2021 held by the ICompete Natural New Zealand (ICN New Zealand), he excelled in the Novice, Open Bodybuilding, Master 40+, and Classic Physique categories. These awards fully reflect Xiaojun Cao’s dedication and persistent efforts in bodybuilding.
Additionally, in April 2021, at a competition hosted by the National Amateur BodyBuilders Association New Zealand (NABBA New Zealand), Xiaojun Cao won first place in the Masters 40+ category, once again showcasing his prowess. As one of the oldest bodybuilding competition organizations globally, NABBA’s events are known for their high prestige.
