Apart from The Marketing Doctor, he also ventured into other businesses, including surgery centers, Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics, dental offices, and plastic surgery centers, all of which he sold in 2012. The following year, Terrell invested in other ventures, including a 5-star American cuisine jazz restaurant known as H.O.M.E. (House of Music and Entertainment) and a high-profile Beverly Hills restaurant that celebrities would frequent.
Whenever he is not busy thinking of new potential ventures, Terrell spends a lot of time with his family or plays golf and basketball with friends.
